Tim Helton Tim Helton, Broker/Owner, is a seventh generation Suches native. Tim’s ancestors date back to the early 1800’s in the Suches area. Tim is married to Lucinda Davis Helton and they have four children, three of whom attend Woody Gap School. Tim has been involved in the real estate industry for more than twenty years. He is very knowledgeable of every mountain and valley in this region and knows all the old local families. Tim has also developed several projects in North Georgia and has been a consultant on many others.
